         Although each one of us basically needs the same vitamins and minerals,individual requirements vary with sex,age,occupation,lifestyle and metabolic rate.Up to now,science has not come up with a general formula to determine individual needs,which can vary tremendously from person to person.Vitamins A and C,for example,can vary at least twentyfold.'Calcium and protein requirements may vary by a factor of five.
This is the principle of 'BIOCHEMICAL INDIVIDUALITY,' a phrase coined by Nobel Laurence Dr Roger Williams,the Texan biochermist who first isolated pantothenic acid(vit-B5).
         The principle of biochemical individuality was dramatically illustrated after world War II when prisoners of war were released.Most of them were obviously malnourished,but a few were merely underweight.These were individuals with low nutrient requirements and exceptionally efficient metabolic systems.Their  bodies were able to absorb enough nutrients from their meagre diet to sustain reasonable health.

          There are just some thing that words cannt describe.The feeling I have when I talk to you,When I thing about you,and when I dream about you,is amazing I've never felt that before in my life.
